Isaiah 61:1-3 (Luke 4:18-21) The Spirit of the Lord God (Heavenly Father) is upon Me, because the Lord (Heavenly Father) has anointed (Commissioned "Messiah'ed" Christened) Me (the Messiah): To proclaim the good news "gospel" to the poor in spirit (humble of heart), to bind up and heal the broken places of their heart, to proclaim freedom to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.

2. To proclaim the time of Jubilee, and the day vengeance of our God (see Colossians 2:14-15, Hebrews 2:14-15), to comfort all who mourn,
